CURRENT CLASS TYPES

 

With the restrictions in place on indoor class sizes, we're excited to offer several workout and class options to keep you moving and reaching your fitness goals - indoors, outside, or at home. For details on each class, please see our Classes page.

Outdoor – coach led workouts

  • 1-hour Strength & Conditioning – 5 members maximum; no equipment required

 

In-Studio – coach programmed circuit workouts 

  • Open Studio – 4 members maximum

  • Open Studio – Solo

 

Virtual – coach led workouts via Zoom

  • 30-Minute Zoom Circuit - Strength & Conditioning – no equipment required

  • 30-Minute Zoom Erg Workout – erg required

 

1:1 Private Coaching – individualized fitness plans and coaching

  • 1-hour sessions combining outdoor Strength & Conditioning with in-studio equipment workouts

HOURS:

Generally, we're open 15 minutes before the first class of the day until 15 minutes after the last class. We're closed weekday afternoons between 3:00 and 6:00.  See our schedule for class times.
