Open Studio offered daily capped @ 4. All open studio participants have access to their own workout station which include an erg, ski erg and bike erg.

Our 30 minute Virtual WOD classes are a great and time efficient way to get in a workout!

Power Twenty Outdoor Fitness includes an hour of body weight exercises in a circuit format.

This is a great way to safely start socializing while also getting in a killer workout!

Generally, we're open 15 minutes before the first class of the day until 15 minutes after the last class. We're closed weekday afternoons between 3:00 and 6:00.  See our schedule for class times.
