Generally, we're open 15 minutes before the first class of the day until 15 minutes after the last class. We're closed weekday afternoons between 3:00 and 6:00.  See our schedule for class times.

POWER TWENTY INDOOR ROWING

NOT JUST ANOTHER GYM

​Founded by rowers, Power Twenty is Seattle’s first independent fitness studio to put the Concept2 Indoor Rower (a.k.a. the Erg) at the heart of our efficient, effective cardio and strength classes. In addition, we use the Concept2 SkiErg and BikeErg to complement the rower in our Circuit classes and expand the whole-body benefits of our program.

Never rowed before? Not a problem. Come try one of our Complimentary Intro to Rowing classes.

 

At Power Twenty, we provide the tools and skills for anyone to be successful in their pursuit of personal health and athleticism regardless of your starting point. 

 

CHOOSE YOUR CLASS

We offer a variety of class types with differing levels of intensity and focus. All classes are 45 minutes. Many include a combination of on-erg intervals, off-erg body-weight work, and some circuit training with the Concept2 SkiErg and Concept2 BikeErg. Regardless of the class you choose, every workout is flexible and can accommodate anyone at any level of current fitness.

 

You are always in control of the intensity and speed of your workout.

Looking to do your own workout or can't find a class that works with your schedule? Access all of our studio equipment – Erg, SkiErg, BikeErg – during our scheduled Open Studio Sessions. Resistance bands and yoga mats are also available.
